QUILT/KEEPSAKE
RATES
Quilts - Square Inch Rate
$0.14/square inch

How to Estimate the size of a memory/T-shirt quilt
The size really depends on the number of blocks. An average size block is 15" taking into additional fabric needed (this varies depending on the size of the design or clothing.) Let's say you have 12 jerseys that will make 15 inch square blocks 12 X 15" X 15" = 2,700 square inches. At $0.14/sq. in., The cost is $378
What the rate includes
-
Preparation - Deconstructing clothing and rough cutting into blocks; adding stabilizer to the fabric, and then cutting blocks to size
-

-
Cotton backing fabric
-

Any changes to what is included, may incur a rise or lowering of the the square inch cost. For instance, if batting and fabric are provided by the customer, The square inch price is reduced to $0.10/sq. in. If a different batting, such as 80/20 is preferred, the cost is increased to $0.15/sq. in.
